- The Department of Health and Human Service, Indian Health Service, Northern Navajo Medical Center intends to award a sole source acquisition, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 to: American Medical Depot, 4380 NW 135th Street, Opa Locka, FL 33054-4418. American Medical Depot is currently the only distributor of the XPS 3000 Powered ENT System, Integrated Power Console System with accessories (Operating Room equipment). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within three days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be reviewed. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining price reasonableness. No formal solicitation shall be issued.
