- IQC09322009047 Rope Wire Socket. End Item Application: 'DIRECT AIR SUPPORT CENTRAL, AN/UYQ-3A (V) 2 Purchase Request number IQC09322009047, NSN 4030-00-158-2409, ROPE WIRE SOCKET. Solicitation SPM4A6-10-R-0496. This Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base and four option years and will be solicited 100% HUBZONE SET-ASIDE. Only HUBZONE manufacturers or HUBZONE dealers furnishing a HUBZONE manufacturer’s product will be considered. The Guaranteed Minimum is 54 each, for the base year only, Minimum Order Quantity is 54 each for the base and option years. This Requirement is in accordance with basic drawing 19207 7071874, Amend NR H DTD 95 Mar 21. Type: 7074506. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin applies. This is a critical application item. Quantity variance is zero. Delivery is 60 days ARO for the base and option years. This procurement does not have a surge and sustainment requirement. Ship to stock location(s) is in the Continental US. The anticipated issue date is February 22, 2010. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq.
