- Description
- NSN: 4030-01-408-2774, SHACKLE. Origin inspection required. FOB Destination. DSCR currently has an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Required delivery is 96 days for Contractor First Article Test and 96 days for the production lot, and 96 days for all subsequent delivery orders. This NSN is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited unrestricted on a Full and Open competitive basis after exclusion of sources (100% Small Business Set-Aside). Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 3960 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 990each and only applies to the Base Year. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation issue date is 02/24/2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
