- Contracting Office Address Department of the Air Force, Air Force Materiel Command, WR-ALC, WR-ALC/PK Acquisition Opportunities 235 Byron St,, Warner Robins, GA, 31098-1611, UNITED STATES Description Item 0001: NSN: 4920-01-143-3819RN; Boresighting Equipment. The equipment will be u sed for boresighting the E-O Pod and T-F Pod mounting points. The fixture will attach to the aircraft at the FS 65 Bulk Head and provide locations for checking the E-O Pod and T-F Pod inlet left and right mount optical line of sight. The fixture will be used to establish pitch-azimuth and roll of the aircraft major axis from the aircraft boresight reference line. Delivery: 180 Days ARO. This requirement is for basic quantity of 3 ea and 2 options of 1-2 EA. Options may be exercised for AF (Air Force) or FMS (Foreign Military Sales) requirements. Assets will be shipped FOB origin to multiple CONUS locations for AF requirements and for FMS requirements it will require FOB Origin with destinations to be cited. Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory, explicit and detailed instructions contained in the RFP. The Government will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past Performance Information Retrieval System (PPIRS), and other sources of data as will be stated in RFP. Proposals will be evaluated and award made in accordance with the evaluation criteria stated in the RFP. OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. It is anticipated that the RFP will be released on or around 26 January 2010. The RFP will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/). NO HARD COPIES WILL BE PROVIDED. The technical data required to respond to the RFP may be obtained at the Federal Business Opportunities webpage (http://www.fbo.gov/).
