- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER FSSThe following project will be funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) and is subject to the reporting requirements of that act. The ARRA project number for this action is R101-09-028. The Veterans Administration National Energy Business Center (NEBC) intends to issue a solicitation on GSA e-buy to replace the building automation system for the VA Medical Center located at 50 Irving Street, N.W., Washington D.C. 20422. The solicitation will be issued on or about February 7, 2010.
