- The Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ), anticipates soliciting for proposals for fixed aircraft services to disperse sterile fruit flies near Harlingen Texas. A single award is anticipated and will be a firm fixed priced IDIQ contract. The solicitation AG-6395-S-10-0041 is to be affixed to all documents submitted in reference to this requirement. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Paper copies of the RFP and/or amendments will not be issued. The solicitation and the specifications will be made available electronically at this website only. All changes to the pre-solicitation notice, solicitation and any attachments will be posted to this website at: www.FedBizOpps.gov.
