- RECOVERY - This Notice Is Provided For Informational Purposes Only. This opportunity is available to the contractors under the existing Architect and Engineering Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contracts for Region 5. This is not a notice for solicitation or offers. The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire an architecture and engineering firm for Construction Management & Inspection and Post Construction Contract Award Services at the Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse located in Urbana, Illinois. The project is focused on building systems affecting energy use and indoor environment, including shell infiltration and heat loss. It does not include smoke and fire detection/prevention equipment, elevators, or plug load equipment such as computers, copiers, etc. The professional services shall also consist of, but not be limited to the following: review and approval of shop drawings, equipment lists, data submittals. In addition, the A/E shall also attend a pre‑construction conference, maintain a Bi-Weekly log of all inspections performed including all relevant progress, status, problem, and other site information and maintain as‑built drawings that will record all changes to, deviations from, and additions to the original construction contract documents.
