Boat Specifications IFB THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION FOR COMMERCIAL ITEMS PREPARED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FORMAT IN FAR SUBPART 12.6, AS SUPPLEMENTED WITH ADDITIONAL INFORMATION INCLUDED IN THIS NOTICE. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is AB133M-10-RQ-0269, and it incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-38. The U.S. Dept of Commerce, NOAA Vessel Shearwater, Channel Island National Marine Sanctuary, 113 Harbor Way, Santa Barbara, CA 93109 has a requirement for Dry Dock and Boatyard Services in accordance with the attached specifications.
