- The purpose of this amendment is to EXTEND the initial closing proposal due date from 1200 noon (ET), 16 Feb 2010 to 0900 (ET), 22 Feb 2010. In addition, DARPA requests all offerors intending to propose to this BAA to email the name of the prime contractor and the names of their subcontractors to DARPA-BAA-10-02@darpa.mil ASAP, but no later than 1200 noon (ET), 17 Feb 2010.
