- DARPA-BAA-10-21 (META) Revision # 2 This amendment revises BAA Section II "Summary of Proposal," paragraph C (p.23). "Payable" in the third sentence has been replaced by "critical." The paragraph now reads as follows: "Cost, schedule, and measurable milestones for the proposed research, including estimates of cost for each milestone in each year of the effort delineated by the prime and major subcontractors, total cost and company cost share, if applicable. Measurable milestones should capture key development points in tasks and should be clearly articulated and defined in time relative to start of effort. These critical milestones should enable assessment of progress throughout each phase of the effort. Additional interim non-critical management milestones are also highly encouraged at a regular interval (at least monthly)." This above change has been incorporated into DARPA-BAA-10-20, Rev. 2 which is provided as an attachment to this amendment. The rest of the text of the BAA remains unchanged.
