- 10 Feb 2010--Modification/Amendment to SPECIAL NOTICE LEMV-W91260 The Government will not post a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the LEMV Technology Project as scheduled on 10 February 2010, pending receipt of internal supporting data. A refined DRAFT RFP will be posted on 11 February 2010, which will reflect the FINAL RFP with 99% accuracy. As a result of the delay in posting the FINAL RFP, the schedule dates for both written and oral proposals will be adjusted to allow equivalent time for proposal preparation.
