- The purpose of this amendment is to provide information regarding Site Visits to the European Region Medical Command (ERMC) facilities in Germany and Italy. Site Visits will be conducted February 18th at the Landstuhl Regional Medical Center (LRMC), Landstuhl, Germany. February 19th in Heidelberg, Germany at Nachrichten Kaserne. February 22nd in Vicenza, Italy at Camp Ederle and February 24th in Grafenwoehr, Germany at Vilseck South Camp. A maximum of two (2) representatives from each firm will be permitted to attend. To attend send an email response to Contract Specialist Erin Lunney at Erin.Lunney@eur.army.mil. All responses shall include the following information for each representative planning to attend: Company Name: Name/Title: Email: Phone: Upon Contract Specialist receipt of email response you will receive information regarding schedule and access to the facilities. ALL RESPONSES SHALL BE SUBMITTED NOT LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS 15 FEBRUARY 2010. Please note this will be the only opportunity to view the ERMC facilities.
