- AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROJECT. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO contractors with an existing GSA contract as awarded under the multiple award GSA contract for the work category of Other. This is not a solicitation. GSA contract was previously awarded competitively with the use of best value source selection procedures. The GSA Task Order is firm fixed price. The USFWS has a requirement to Provide Temporary Assistance for the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act Oversight Team at Portland Regional Office in Portland, OR (Multnomah County).
