Description

AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The General Services Administration, Pacific Rim Region, is planning to issue a Request for Proposal for a task order award utilizing an existing Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) term contract for Repairs and Alterations. The project includes, but is not limited to: lighting system upgrades to include replacing the office lighting with an advanced lighting system and replacing the parking garage light fixtures with energy efficient fixtures; upgrading the building automated system; installing a solar hot water heating system; upgrading plumbing fixtures; and replacing the boiler system. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE CURRENT IDIQ CONTRACT HOLDERS. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR OFFERS. This acquisition is subject to the North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 236220, Product Supply Code (PSC) of Z111.
