Description

This proposed procurement is unrestricted. Date of issue for the solicitation and Performance Work Statement will be on or about February 22, 2010, on www.fbo.gov. Request for quotes will be due on or about March 15, 2010. The contractor will furnish all materials, labor and equipment to initiate the various establishments and/or maintenance of wildlife food plots and the construction of road barricades, pipe gates, and fencing. The work is located on various locations on Bull Shoals Lake of the Little Rock District of the Corps of Engineers in Boone, Marion, and Baxter counties in Arkansas and Ozark and Taney Counties in Missouri. A general locations map will be provided to show work areas. Project personnel will provide specific site maps for scheduled work. Specific field locations may be marked with one or more of the following: vinyl flagging, wire flags, wood stakes, paint marks, or by on-the-ground instructions prior to work.
