- Additional Proposal Submission Information - Amendment 0002 1. The format for submission of files is PDF. 2. Each email submitted must not exceed 2MBs. 3. If more than one email is submitted for your BAA Proposal, the Subject Line in each email must be labeled as follows: Wind Turbine BAA 10-03 Proposal, Volume No. (insert no.), Email 1 of (insert no.). 4. Each Offeror must submit a summary email that specifies the number of emails its Proposal is comprised of and also specify the corresponding email(s) for each proposal Volume. For Example: Volume I - Email 1 of 5 Volume I - Email 2 of 5 Volume II - Email 3 of 5 Volume III - Email 4 of 5 Volume IV - Email 5 of 5 5. No later than close of business, Monday, 22 February 2010, a receipt of acknowledgement will be issued to each Vendor from whom a proposal is received. 6. Vendors electing to password protect their Proposal shall provide the password in a separate email to susan.eicher@dhs.gov or leave a message at 202.254.2363 - include point of contact name, email address, and telephone number with your password. 7. Vendors are responsible for timlely submisison of Proposals and passwords - all information must be received no later than 18 February 2010, 11:59 PM, EST. Late Proposals will not be evaluated.
