THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACTORS WITHIN VISN 21:VA261-C-0422 PATRIOT CONSTRUCTION VA261-C-0419 SF & ASSOCIATES VA261-C-0420 HERRERA ENGINEERING A request for proposal will ONLY be issued to the above mentioned IDIQ Contractors and a contract/task order will be awarded to the selected IDIQ Contractor to perform the following requirements: To repair leaks in 28 windows double panel anodized aluminum with interior venetian blinds, Building 64, Livermore Division, on first and second floor connectiong corridor. Contractor shall repair 28 windows, remove any debris that will not allow water to drain out, clean out window sponge, seal tight with silicone on vertical windows jambs. All work shall be completed within 45 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed. The NAICS Code is 236210. The magnitude of construction for this requirement is under $50,000.00
