- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. VISITOR CENTER RESTROOM REMODELING This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. Solicitation W911XK-10-T-0048 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is a small business set aside. The estimated completion time for the visitor center restroom remodeling project is 30 days after date of award. The estimated construction cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238220. The small business size standard for this requirement is $14 Million in average annual receipts over the past three years. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price construction contract as a result of this solicitation. To download the solicitation, visit www.fbo.gov.
