- Draft Statement of Work Sources Sought Description: This announcement is not a request for proposal nor quote and no award will be made as a result of this announcement. It is a market research tool only. 1. The National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) is issuing this sources sought notification as part of its market research analysis to obtain a better understanding of the availability of finishing, printing and distribution of the Flight Information Publications (FLIPs) products. The period of performance will be for a one-year base period and four (4) option years. The applicable NAICS code is 323117 and the size standard is 500. These products are maintained, printed and distributed on a 28 day cycle and multiples thereof. The finished products are charts and bound books, which will be distributed worldwide. The requirements contain four lots. These lots consist of photo-servicing, printing and distribution of various size fold-out charts, 5 5/16" x 8 1/4" bound books containing primarily graphic data and various size books containing primarily text data. 2. General Requirements: The following are the general requirements as known today, but subject to further refinement or change. Interested parties should demonstrate at least two (2) years experience performing the same or similar services in the form of an outline of projects for specific relevant work which includes contract numbers, description of work, points of contract/phone numbers, and any other pertinent information which would enable the Government to assess the firm's capabilities. A draft statement of work is attached with additional information for your consideration. 3. Information Submission: If you are interested and/or can share current information about your ability to support this requirement, please respond to the individual identified in this announcement no later than 26 February 2010: a. Your Central Contractor Registration (CCR) information b. Your GSA Schedule information (if applicable). c. Current Government contracts for this type of effort. If applicable please provide a listing that includes: Contract Number, Contracting Officer name, email address and phone number along with a brief description of data being provided. d. Technical and Contracting points of contact, name, email address and phone number. e. Business size (i.e., small, large, women owned, hub zone) 4.
