Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR 13 and the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation, W912TF-10-Q-0519, constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-32, effective 14 May 2009. This acquisition is reserved for small business concerns; however, the Government is accepting quotes from large businesses. In the event of insufficient small business concern participation, award may be made to a participating large business (cascading set-aside). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement 721110, $7 million small business size standard. The 157th Mission Support Group (MSG) Contracting Office, 302 Newmarket St, Newington, NH 03801. reserves the right to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with multiple vendors who will compete for BPA Calls (room reservations) and can demonstrate capability of providing lodging accommodations for eligible members of the unit. The Government intends to enter into a BPA for one base year (1 Apr 2010 to 31 Mar 2011) with four (4) option years. BPA will be reviewed annually. Statement of work attached. Vendors need to be able to accommodate lodging on UTA weekend dates and periodic lodging throughout the weeks, anywhere from 50 to 75 persons. Vendor needs to state quantity of rooms available for UTA and weekdays and can fluctuate monthly. Calls will be divided amongst qualified vendors. Periods of lodging will include Unit Training Assembly (UTA) as prescribed by the New Hampshire Office of the Adjutant General, and Re-scheduled Unit Training Assembly (SUTA). Invoicing will be done according to attached Description of Agreement; payment will be by Government Credit Card. Facilities must be located within the city of Portsmouth, NH. The Government will not pay more than the annual rates allowed for in the Joint Federal Travel Regulation: Per Diem rate. Preference will be given to hotels offering Per Diem rate or better. All vendors must be U.S. Fire Administration/FEMA compliant. The Government reserves the right to inspect facilities prior to award. Contract award will be made to the responsive offeror whose offer will result in the lowest price technically acceptable to the government. All quotes shall include the following minimum information: Vendors should provide adequate detail to include PRICING of the following criteria: Number of overnight rooms available, what type, and ability to offer rooms at or below local Government per diem rate. Provide pricing for seasonal weekend and weekday rates; state standard season range. Cage Code, Duns Number, Taxpayer I.D.
