- QASP Performance Work Statement Performance Parameters Outlines evaluation process for award fee / award term. Employee Separation Procedures Finalized Request for Proposal. The goal of the resultant contract is to have an enhanced logistics and maintenance program that ensures timely and effective vessel maintenance and logistics support to so that operational and training requirements are met with mission-capable vessels. The contract will encompass the maintenance and logistics support necessary to ensure that the Government has the numbers, types, and properly configured vessels available where and when required to meet the Government’s operational commitments. The nature of the work ranges from complete vessel overhaul (“depot level maintenance”) to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. The National Marine Center (NMC) St. Augustine, FL is the center of maintenance operations for CBP. The NMC also has vessels deployed to locations throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. To support these vessels, the contractor shall staff, maintain, and operate a number of locations outside St. Augustine, FL. The number of supported locations and staffing may increase or decrease significantly during the period of performance. It is anticipated that the resultant contract will be cost plus award fee / award term. It will consists of a base year and four one-year options with a possible five year award term. This is a total small business set-aside. The Request for Proposal and associated attachments are provided. The closing date for this solicitation is March 16, 2010. All questions shall be submitted to Joquita Pitt Not Later Than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time on March 3, 2010.
