- <label for="dnf_class_values_procurement_notice__description_">Description(s)</label>: Added: <input name="dnf_class_values[procurement_notice][description][0][added_on]" type="hidden" value="2008-03-26 00:00:00" />Mar 26, 2008 12:00 am Location:The U.S. Government is seeking Class A or B office space in Lake County, IL within the following delineated area boundaries: North: West Elm Road South: Lake-Cook Road East: Lake Michigan West: Route 41 Requirements: Approximately 2,231 rentable square feet that will yield between 1,847 to 1,939 square feet of usable office space and 3 reserved parking spaces. Site must be located outside the 100-year flood plain. Space must be contiguous and in one unit. In addition, the office space shall be located in surroundings conducive to a professional business area. Amenities such as public transportation and parking must be available within 1/4 mile of the property. Lease Term: 10 years with 5 years firm to commence November 1, 2010. Modern office space in an office building fully serviced and altered to meet Government specifications is required. Space offered must meet U.S. Government fire safety requirements and handicapped accessibility standards. The General Services Administration will not use tenant brokers to represent the Government in lease negotiations or transactions for this procurement. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
