- Description
- The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 7,360 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in Jackson, TN. Approximately 1,290 ANSI/BOMA Area square feet shall be for office usage, approximately 3,000 square feet shall be for wareyard space, and approximately 3,070 square feet shall be for warehouse/storage usage. A stand alone building is preferred. The lease term is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space should be ready for occupancy no later than April 1, 2011. The space must be located within the area delineated by the following boundaries: o North: Ashport Road o South: I-40 o East: Hwy 45 Bypass (Keithshort Bypass) o West: Windy City Rd/Old Belle Rd extending to I-40 The space must be located on the first floor. The minimum ceiling height required for the warehouse/storage space is 16 feet. A six foot chain link fence shall be required for the wareyard area. Thirteen (13) surface parking spaces are required as part of the lease. The space must meet the Federal Government's standards for fire safety and handicapped accessibility and be located outside a 100-year floodplain. Secure office space and facilities in a building, fully serviced and altered to Government specifications are required. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership. If you desire to submit a location for inspection, please forward information by 5:00 PM EST, March 4, 2010. All expressions of interest should be in writing and include building name and address, location of space in the building, and rentable square feet offered.
