- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial product prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VUEN0039A001. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small businesses. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following: DLS-B30 Laser Distance Sensors. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT CLIN 0001 DLS-B30 Laser Distance Sensor 2 Each CLIN 0002 DLS Starter Kit without power supply 2 Each Please provide a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL quote. If an or equal quote is submitted, the proposal will be sent to the technical advisor for compatibility verification. The following salient characteristics are required: - Void of all wireless communications including but not limited to Bluetooth. - Utilize phase shift technology - Possess the following General Specifications for integration onto existing proprietary platform: o Housing: metal Case, IP 65 o Dimensions (h x w x l): 54 x 80 x 150mm o Weight: 665g o Spot Size: 4mm@5m distance, 8mm@10m distance o Interfaces o 1 serial: RS 232/RS422 o Standard Analog: 1 programmable, 0/4 to 20ma (0.5% full scale) o Digital I/O: programmable, (2) outputs or (1) output and (1) input, input can be used for external triggering one error indicator LED NOTE: The following list of products, if applicable to this order, must comply with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended (29 U.S.C.794d). 1.
