Description

REQUEST FOR QUOTE: The Bureau of Indian Affairs, requests Communication (Telephone) Services to BIA Truxton Canon Agency offices located at Valentine and Peach Springs, Arizona. Location is in remote Northern Arizona. Solicitation No. RMH00100026 is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). REQUIREMENT: Communications (Telephone) Services - The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, transportation, and any incidentals to perform Communication/Telephone services as stated in the solicitation. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Performance will be from March 1, 2010, through February 28, 2011. ISSUE DATE: 02/19/2010. CLOSING DATE FOR RECEIPT OF QUOTES IS 02/25/2010, COB (4:30 PM Local Time), and may be emailed to Doris.Hyeoma@bia.gov or faxed to (602) 379-6763. A completed copy of the provision 52.212-03, Offeror Representations and Certifications, must be submitted with offer. Reference solicitation package. All offerors must be actively registered in the Central Contractor's Registration (CCR) in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7.
