Description

This is an announcement directing interested parties to the Department of Interior's Business Opportunities Web Page at http://ideasec.nbc.gov where details of a US Geological Survey Request for Quotation (RFQ) # IN10ERQQ0187 may be viewed. Instruction to Bidders and the Statement of Work can be found under the Clauses and Attachments section of the RFQ. This RFQ constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested for VESSEL MAINTENANCE ON R/V GILBERT VESSEL. The posted RFQ contains a description of the service, quantity, delivery, and applicable clauses. All vendors who can meet this requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS) and are registered in CCR are invited to submit a proposal electronically for this posted RFQ. THIS ACQUISITION WILL BE MADE UNDER THE SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00. NAICS code for this acquisition is 336611 Quotes are due at 3PM EST on 03/05/2010. NOTE: IT HAS BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE REQUIREMENT HAVE TO BE DONE LOCALLY DUE TO BUDGET CONSTRAINTS. THEREFORE THIS IS LOCAL SET-ASIDE REQUIREMENT.
