- The United States Postal Service (USPS) is soliciting qualified interested Buyers for the purchase of the following described real property known as: Bethesda Main Post Office 7400 Wisconsin Avenue Bethesda, MD 20814 The property is located in Bethesda’s Central Business District at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Montgomery Lane. The property has significant development rights and the successful Buyer will be required to condo back the space the United State Postal Service requires to maintain its current Retail operations at this location. The USPS will disqualify any proposal that, in its sole opinion, discontinues or significantly disrupts services at this location.
