Description

FA4528-10-R-0007 The 5th Contracting Squadron requires installation of new dugouts (6 each) at Minot AFB, ND. The statement of magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Performance Period is 30 calendar days. Work shall be executed in accordance with the government Statement of Work. Liquidated damages will be assessed for late performance. A one-year Warranty of Construction will be applicable to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990; The Small Business Size Standard is $14,000,000 in average annual receipts for the last three years. The complete solicitation package, which includes the project Statement of Work, will be made available without charge only through the FedBizOpps website at https://www. bo.gov/. Anyone wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain their copy from the internet. Copies will not be mailed from the Contracting Office. All amendments will be posted on FedBizOpps. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from this site to keep updated. This project will be solicited full and open to both large and small businesses with the intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract based on "Lowest Price Technically Acceptable" process. The solicitation will be available electronically on FedBizOps on or about 1 March 2010.
