Description

TAS::14 1041::TAS RECOVERY ROCR PMIS #077569 - Rehabilitate Peirce Mill Complex- This project will stabilize and preserve the c. 1829 Peirce Mill Complex, which includes the Mill, adjacent barn, and adjacent restroom which is a part of the Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC. THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO TMG CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION OF PURCELLVILLE, VA, UNDER SECTION 8(a) OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ACT AND IN FULL PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR AND THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTATION PURSUANT TO FAR 19.805. The anticipated total value of the contract is under $2.5 million. The National Park Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with TMG Construction Corporation for thel stabilization and preservation of the c. 1829 Peirce Mill Complex, which includes the Mill, adjacent barn, and adjacent restroom which is a part of the Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC.
