Approved Sources: Flexible Metal Hose & Rubber (60535) P/N A200017; Smiths Tubular Systems-Laconia (78570) P/N S22924-1812; Boeing (81205) P/N 10-20084-506; Senior Operations (98769) P/N SK-H865171-A This is an unrestricted procurement and adequate date for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Various increments are solicited. The proposed contract contains a 200% quantity option. Bazsed upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the Contracting Officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Copies of this solicitation will be available on the DSCC DIBBS website on or about 3-11-10.
