- Description
- The Little Rock District Corps of Engineers Contracting Division has a requirement for operation and maintenance services at Beaver Lake Project Office. The scope of work includes requirements for plumbing, painting and carpentry services, electrical services, and concrete pouring services. The type of contract is firm fixed-price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 561210, and the acquisition is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The issued date for solicitation is on or about March 10, 2010, with a closing date on or about April 9, 2010. All responsible small businesses may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. There will not be a public bid opening. The contract resulting from this procurement will be awarded to the responsible, responsive, lowest small business bidder. The Government will conduct a Site Visit, dates to be announced. Plans and specifications will not be provided in a hard paper copy. Notification of amendments will be made via the Internet. It is the vendor's responsibility to check the Internet daily for any posted changes to the solicitation.
