- SOLICITATION for SERVICESProvide Janitorial Services at Federal Aviation Administration, Douglas Municipal Airport, Charlotte, NC. The work includes, but is not limited to, ensure the cleanliness of the facility, as outlined in the Scope of work and Specifications of the contract. The FAA anticipates award of a contract for a base period and four one-year options. Issue date for solicitation: February 23, 2010Due date for offers: March 17, 2010 at 4:00 pm. Estimated start date for performance: April 01, 2010 This acquisition is 100% set-aside for 8(a) certified small disadvantaged business within a 100-mile radius of Federal Aviation Administration, Douglas Municipal Airport, Charlotte, NC. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
