Description: Janitorial service for the Pagosa Ranger District, located at 180 Pagosa Street, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147 60 miles north of Durango, Colorado. Service will be needed five days a week with semi annual and annual work to be performed. Expect contract to begin April 1, 2010 and go thru March 31, 2011 with two option years. Pre bid walk thru will be March 8, 2010 at 9:00 am at the main office in Pagosa Springs, Colorado.
