Description

RECOVERY - Modification to Existing purchase order EA133M-10-SE-0636 to increase the total value of the purchase order to add line items 0002 and 0003 to include labor and material costs associated with the additional repairs to the Wet Lab Deck Covering Replacement during the availability period. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY AND IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY REQUIREMENTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SUPPLEMENT APPROPRIATIONS PROVIDED BY THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009, PUBLIC LAW 111-5. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING CONTRACTOR PROVIDING WET LAB DECK COVERING REPLACEMENT UNDER PURCHASE ORDER EA133M-10-SU-0363. Modification 0001 is hereby made to Purchase Order EA133M-10-SU-0363. This is firm fixed price modification. As a result the total value of the purchase order is increased by $17,517.00 from $52,000.00 to $69,517.00.
