- RECOVERY King Range Paving under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WILL BE AVAILABLE TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS WHO ARE ACTIVELY REGISTERED IN THE CENTRAL CONTRACTING REGISTER (CCR), WITH NAICS CODE 237310 SIZE STANDARD $33.5. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is not a solicitation. The Bureau of Land Management has a requirement for a paving contract in the King Range NCA in Humboldt County CA. It is the intent of the government to award a firm fixed price contract. For additional information, the solicitation number L10PS02096 will be available on or about March 8, 2010 at www.fedconnect.net. This project is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Receipt of an award is contingent on the recipient's ability to meet the requirements in Section 1512 (reports on use of funds) of the Recovery Act.This Recovery project is under the TAS 14-1112 and Project Number LDDFR1110000.
