- Attachment #5 Sehedule B Attachment 4 Past Performance Questionnaire Attachment #3 Wage Rate Attachment #2 ACH-EFT Attachment #1 SF-LLL Solicitation RFP-10-0002 SF 1442 RFP-10-0002 MULTIPLE AWARD IDIQ GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR VARIOUS CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is seeking firms for a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery - Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) task order contract for its Facility located in Washington, DC. The Bureau of Engraving and Printing's (BEP) Office of Acquisition intends to make multiple awards task order contracts. The contracts will be firm fixed-priced construction IDIQ contracts. The contracts will consist of a base period of twelve (12) months, and four (4) 12-month option periods. Proposal will be evaluated using Best Value continuum. The BEP may award up to four (4) contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the BEP. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this work is 236220. This solicitation is restricted to Small Business. To be considered a shall business under this code the firm must not exceed $33,500,000.00. This action is being considered as a 100% set-aside for Small Business concerns. Projects under this construction IDIQ contract will consist of construction work based on a general statement of work further defined within each individual task order. Work to be performed under the contract will be the general construction category to include maintenance, repair, alteration, mechanical, electrical, heating/air conditioning, demolition, painting, paving and earthwork. While there will be no limit on size, the project will generally involve repairs, alterations, and improvements in connection with existing buildings or properties, and may range in size from $25,000 to $5 million in estimated construction cost; however, the typical project range is $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Task Orders for the base period and option periods shall not exceed $3.5 million per period per IDIQ contract. The cumulative total of all delivery orders for both the base and option periods shall not exceed $10 million per IDIQ contract. The minimum dollar limitation for any individual task order is $1000.00 for the base year and each of the option periods, if exercised. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation package will be posted on FedBizOpps, which can be accessed at www.fedbizopps.gov. The BEP will not provide paper copies of the solicitation. Telephone, written, facsimile, or e-mail requests, for the solicitation package will not be honored. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package. All interested parties MUST be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database, and have completed On-Line Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) in order to receive a contract award. To be eligible for contract award a firm must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and the VETS 100 Report. To register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) @ www.ccr.gov and have completed the online registration and certifications application (ORCA) @ www.bpn.gov/orca. Awards of the proposed contract cannot be made to the prospective offerors without proper registration.
