Description

Architect-Engineer Design Services. This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity was made available only to two Contractors awarded multiple competitive contracts under Solicitation Number: N8078070172 and respective Contract Numbers: C8078070172 - Richard P Arber Associates and C8078070273 - Engineering Solutions Inc. Under fair opportunity, Engineering Solutions Inc was previously selected to complete Title I preliminary design and Title II construction document design services in support of the installation of a photo-voltaic (PV) system for a solar array at the Visitor Center at Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, Hawaii. In the interest of efficiency and economy, ESI has been selected to perform the Title III construction management (CM) services in support of the installation of the PV system. This project consists of ESI performing the logical follow-on Title III CM services.
