RECOVERYACAD 151121/ACAD 152170Rehabilitate Roads, Headwalls, and Culverts Title III This notice is provided for informational purposes only. This opportunity is only being offered to:Roc Caivano Architects38 Rodick StreetBar Harbor, Maine 04609 In compliance with FAR 6.303 and 6.304 and under authority of 41 USC 253c(1) as outlined in FAR 6.302-1, the required Title III services for this solicitation are deemed available only from the Architect/Engineer of Record. It is likely that award to any other source would result in a substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition. Roc Caivano Architects is the designer of record for the predesign, schematic design, the final construction documents and obtaining necessary permits. The National Park Service intends to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Roc Caivano Architects for Title III services. The NAICS for this work is 541310.
