- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following item: A Big River LTX2 Digital Recording System consisting of the following elements:1) 2 Big River LTX2 Digital Recording System With 4.096 Terabytes of Commercial Temperature MLC Solid State Data Storage 2 StreamStor Portable System, 16X SATA, SSDB2, 1U, 12VDC 020030203 Mezzanine Board, SSDB2, SerialFPDP, 4 port,2.5 Gb, 850nm 400300040 (16) SSD, SATA 2.5' Drive, 256GB, MLC, Commercial 100927913 StreamStor SDK 400310001 Qty 2; 2) Optical Fiber Cable LC 3M 300000100 Qty 8; 3) Host Adapter, Star Fabric, PCI 64/66 00916006 Qty 2; 4) Cat5E Patch Cable, black, 5' 300000200 Qty 8. This requirement is sole sourced to Conduant Corporation. 1501 S Sunset St, Suite C Longmont, CO 80501 as the only data recorder that is compatible with existing equipment and software; and can supply a full rate fiber optic I/O interface which can be changed to accommodate any data protocol. Any firms believing that they can provide the Big River LTX2 Digital Recording System may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm;s ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the Big River LTX2 Digital Recording System without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
