- Leopold Road Reconstruction Project (1132.000) consists of reshaping and grading roads, removing and replacing culverts, drainage dip construction/reconstruction, ditching, and installation of road closure devices. The Project is located on the Tell City Ranger District, in Perry County, Indiana, in the Mt. Pleasant area. Roads are located off of Indiana SR 66. Estimated issue date of solicitation 3/10/2010 Estimated opening date of solicitation 3/31/2010 Estimated award date of solicitation 4/1/2010 Estimated work dates are 4/1/2010 through 4/30/2010.
