- Description
- The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to International Right of Way (IRW) for agency membership. IRW membership provides assistance to local technical assistance program through corporate membership. IRW's membership allows FHWA to meet the executive director's objective for participating in professional associations for professional development. IRW is the only source who can provide membership for their agency. All responsible sources may submit a response identifying their interest and capability to respond to their requirement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This is a Simplified Acquisition and the total estimated value is not to exceed $12,340.00; the anticipated award date is March 9, 2010.
