Description
The United States Government seeks to lease office space consisting of approximately 9,775 rentable square feet in Burlington, Vermont, bounded as follows: Starting at Niquette Bay State Park follow Raymond Road north to Route 2; turn east on Route 2 to the intersection of Route 2-7; turn south on Route 2-7; turn southeast on Route 2A; turn east on Mountain View Road; turn south on Old Williston Road to Oak Hill Road; South on Oak Hill Road; turn west on Butternut Road to Route 2A; turn north on 2A; west on Walker Hill Road; south on South Brownell Road; west on Van Sicklen Road; south on Route116; west on Cheesefactory Road to Barstow Road; west on Barstow Road; north on Spear Street; west on Allen Road; south on Route 7; west on Pine Haven Shores Road to Lake Champlain; follow lake north to point of beginning. The space should yield between 8,500 and 8,925 ANSI/ BOMA Office Area square feet. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than December 20, 2010. Secure parking for 20 vehicles must be provided with preference if it is covered. It is preferred if the offered space is located on the second floor or above in the building. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS) and include all services and utilities.
