Duration of Contract Period: TBD Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: MOUNTAIN TECH SALES & ASSEMBLY, SALT LAKE CITY, UT.,84119-1145. One or more of the items under this acquisition is subject to the WorldTrade Organization Government Procurement Agreement and Free TradeAgreement. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, orquotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which theGovernment intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limitednumber of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested personsmay identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirementor submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request forcompetitive proposals. However, all proposals received withinforty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basicordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will beconsidered by the Government. A Determination by the Government not tocompete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice issolely within the discretion of the Government. Information receivedwill normally be considered solely for the purpose of determiningwhether to conduct a competitive procurement. First article test required.Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service, or themanufacturer meets qualification requirements at the time of award inaccordance with FAR clause 52.209-1.
