Description
REVISED SOW AMENDMENT 01- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ATTACH A REVISE STATEMENT OF WORK TO THE SOLICITATION. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The government intends to acquire services using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Southwest Region, Protected Resource Division, located in Long Beach, CA has a requirement for a contractor to provide facilitation services for public workshops necessary when rolling out draft salmonid recovery plans in accordance with the attached statement of work. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns under the North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541990 with a small business size standard of $7M. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. The period of performance for this contract will start from date of award and will continue through Dec 31, 2011. All interested parties must respond to this announcement within fifteen (15) calendar days of publication. Vendors responding to RFQ must submit technical proposal and documentation that demonstrate qualifications. The proposal must list the Company name, address, DUNS number, CAGE code, Federal TIN, and point of contact to include phone number and email address. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
