- A001: Question 1. In block 12 of the USTDA's RFQ form, the offerer is asked to fill in the "Discount Terms". Our typical discount term is "1/2%, 10 days". Is this the discount term USTDA is looking for or something else is meant by "Discount Terms"? ANSWER 1.This is not applicable to USTDA. The RFQ form SF1449 is a standardized U.S. government form that most if not all government agencies use. USTDA does not give any sort of discount.
