- A002: Question #1: is USTDA asking the DM Contractor to (1) evaluate if USTDA should fund a feasibility study for the construction of a Waste-to-Energy Facility for ISTAC, and (2) evaluate if USTDA should fund the update of ISTAC solid waste sector management master plan? ANSWER #1 Yes and Yes Question #2: is USTDA asking the DM Contractor to (1) perform a feasibility study for the construction of a Waste-to-Energy Facility for ISTAC, including defining funding alternatives, and (2) update the 1990 CH2MHill/ISTAC solid waste sector management master plan? ANSWER #2 No and No Question #3: Our Company, is a US Corporation specializing in the development, design and operation of Waste-to-Energy Facilities. If Our Company participates in this current RFQ, will Our Company be prevented from participating in the development, design and operation of the potential Waste-to-Energy Facility for ISTAC? ANSWER #3 If your company completes the DM for USTDA, Your Company would not be able to bid on any feasibility study or technical assistance activity that Your Company recommends to USTDA as part of the DM.
