Description

THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This procurement will be satisfied by award to a current Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) contract holder under Schedule 56 Special Item Number (SIN) 563 4 with a North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code of 238160 with the annual size standard of $14,000,000.00. General Services Administration (GSA) has a need for a contractor to repair/replace the existing Roof/Skylights located at the Gerald W. Heaney Federal Building & U.S. Courthouse at 515 W. First Street, Duluth, MN. The intent of this project is to remove and replace the existing roof, also included in this scope of work shall be to insulate the ceiling/roof system to an R-50 and replace/restore the existing skylights on the roof (including light courts) and at the ceiling plane FUNDS FOR THIS PROJECT ARE CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE AND THIS PROJECT IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
