The system will provide control of the light exposure wavelength, include the ability to exposure samples of different sizes, and include capabilities for both top-side and back-side aligned exposures. The instrument will serve a diverse community of external facility users having a range of experience. In addition to performance, factors such as tool flexibility, ease of use, and user safety considerations are extremely important. See attached technical specifications.
