RECOVERY-THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO W912DY-09-D-0037, Johnson Controls Building Automation POC Carmen Thompson carmen.p.thompson@jci.com; under Task Order 0053 to exercise options in the contract proposal as listed below: Building 4-2843 Air Test Building 4-2843 Lighting and misc Building 4-2843 Fan Coil Units Building 4-2843 UMCS integration Buildings 4-2641 & 4-2441 Controls retrofit Buildings 4-2641 & 4-2441 Chiller and chilled water system Building 4-2843 Add to DOAS units Buildings 4-2641 & 4-2441 Replace No. 4 Chiller and assoc elec. The Original Task Order is to replace failing chiller, oversized boilers, and modify associated plant piping to maximize plant operations for current building load. As Soldier Support Center (SSC) changed from hospital to administrative use, heating and cooling load profiles changed drastically. This requires a different plant operation and associated HVAC requirement. Integrate all LNS based LonWork DDC system for HVAC control and equipment into Ft Bragg Utility Monitoring Control System (UMCS). All work shall be in compliance with the Ft. Bragg UMCS Integration Statement of Work and Ft Bragg Supplement to LonWork DDC for HVAC and other local building system.
