- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z1600028A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36 effective 11 Aug 09; Defense DCN 20090729 effective 29 Jul 09, and AFAC 2009-0803 effective 18 March 2009. This acquisition is 100% small business set aside; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 339113. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 6515. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 2899. Travis AFB has a requirement for Desalter Kit. CLIN 0001- Desalter Kit, Type MK-2 Specification MIL-D-5531, With 5 year shelf-life CLIN 0002 - Delivery Charges. Qty: 1 lot. Delivery No Later Than 30 Days After Date of Contract. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
